Payments & Billing
We use Stripe for all transactions. Stripe supports all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct bank transfers.
Yes. We never store your card details. All payments are processed directly by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security available.
Yes. Stripe automatically sends a payment receipt to your email address after a successful transaction.
Yes. Simply purchase a higher-tier or longer-duration plan at any time. Your new license will be provisioned immediately after payment.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are only granted within the first 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been used. Once a license has been activated or after the 24-hour window has passed, refunds are not typically provided.
Before requesting a refund, please open a support ticket in our Discord. Many issues can be resolved quickly. Our team will do their best to get you up and running.
Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed duration (day, week, month, or lifetime) — there is no recurring subscription to cancel. When your plan expires, you simply choose whether or not to renew.
Getting Your Product
After a successful payment your license is provisioned automatically. Your login credentials and download link will appear on the Licenses page — usually within seconds of your purchase completing.
Your installer download link is available on the Licenses page once your license is active.
Use the username and password for the website. You will also need your License Key found on the Licenses page.
This can occasionally happen if there was a delay in payment confirmation. Wait a minute and refresh the page. If credentials still haven't appeared after 5 minutes, open a support ticket in our Discord.
Account & Security
No. Each license is tied to a single account. Sharing your credentials is a violation of our terms of service and may result in your account being banned without refund.
No. For security reasons, only one active session is allowed per account. Your Key will be hwid locked to the first device you use it on.
Please open a support ticket in our Discord and a team member will assist you with a manual password reset.
You can delete your account in the Account page by clicking Delete Account. Note that this action is irreversible..
Technical & Compatibility
This is extremely common with game modification tools and is a false positive. The loader is not malware. We recommend using DControl to temporarily disable Windows Defender before running the loader. Full instructions are on the How to Use page.
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), Halo: The Master Chief Collection installed via Steam, and an active internet connection. Run the loader as Administrator for best compatibility.
Our tools are designed for Halo: MCC modding. Use responsibly. We are not responsible for any account actions taken by the game publisher.
Ensure you have disabled your antivirus and run the loader as Administrator. If the issue persists, open a support ticket in our Discord.
Licensing & Plans
Lite includes the full core feature set. Premium grants access to exclusive features not available in the Lite tier.
We offer Day, Week, Month, and Lifetime plans. Lifetime gives you permanent access with no renewal needed.
Day, Week, and Month plans expire after their respective duration. Lifetime plans never expire. Your expiry date is shown on the Licenses page.
